These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated as Scars of Honor Chronicle (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Nature of the Site

The Site is an unofficial, fan-run project for news, summaries, tools, and community interest related to Scars of Honor. It is not official, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the game’s developers, publishers, or trademark owners. Game names and marks belong to their respective owners.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information and entertainment only. It is not legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. Always verify important information with official sources.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Without limitation, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfere with the Site’s operation; scrape or overload the Site in a way that impairs service; upload malware; harass others; or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or block access for violations.

Original text, layout, and graphics created for the Site are owned by the Site operator or used under license. Third-party trademarks, game assets, and logos remain the property of their owners. Unofficial fan use is not intended to imply ownership or endorsement.

If the Site allows you to submit or post content, you retain your rights but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant that license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE OPERATOR AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO DOLLARS (USD $0), SINCE THE SITE IS TYPICALLY OFFERED WITHOUT CHARGE.
